If no product will dispense – please watch the video below to learn how to unlock the syringe and dispense product

If you’re still having trouble – please email us at cs@brlvllc.com or call us at 1-800-920-2440. Please have your invoice number, date of purchase, and name of store ready for quick assistance. If you do not have the invoice number please have the last four digits of the card used for the transaction.

If the device won’t turn on / stay on please follow the steps below:

Please make sure you charge the device for at least 12 hours before initial use.

Leaving your device on the charger when not in use is permitted and will keep the device charged, however may shorten its battery’s lifespan. 

Make sure you are using the correct adapter for the outlet you are using, try a different outlet to make sure the one you are trying to use isn’t the issue.

Make sure you have complete contact between the device and your skin, otherwise the lights will not stay on.

Kimera – did you attach the correct adapter to the charger cord and make sure it is locked in place?
